Authentic Cajun-Style Crawfish Boil - 32 oz

Price: $8.71
Cajun Style Crawfish Boil by TexJoy is made for wowing friends and family at the backyard crawfish boil. You don't have to be from the Lafayette, Louisiana bayous or the swamps of Port Arthur, Texas to indulge in pure cajun cuisine the way it was meant to be enjoyed. This is the crawfish boil that folks from around the country order every spring to bring that certain creole flavor of the south direct to their kitchen.

Season 20 pounds of crawfish easily and make each bite more succulent than the one before.

Made for boiling crawfish (complete with new potatoes and corn on the cob), but it's terrific for boiling shrimp or crabs, and frying fish. Call 'em crawfish, crayfish, crawdads, mudbugs, Louisiana Lobsters, mudpuppies, creole crustaceans, or whatever you want...as long as they're seasoned with our Tex-joy Cajun-Style Crawfish Boil,  we'll call 'em DELICIOUS!

Whether you are a "seasoned" veteran creole chef on the banks of the bayou or a wide-eyed novice having friends over in the spring, TexJoy's Authentic Cajun-Style Crawfish Boil is the seasoning that levels the playing field for cooking. Try this seasoning to boil 'em up, and even shake on to add an extra zing to your tray of cooked crawfish.

I use this as my primary seasoning on briskets and pretty much anything else im going to put on the smoker. Not nearly as salty as some other brands. Works great.
