1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves fresh garlic, mashed
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp TexJoy Steak Seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of celery
2 pkgs. Velveeta shredded cheese
Half and Half (if needed)
2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
In a skillet, sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic in butter. Add TexJoy Steak seasoning. Sauté until onions are transparent. Add cream cheese and soup and cook until creamy. Add shredded cheese, 1/2 package at a time, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp and cook until tender and pink. If too thick, you can thin some by adding Half and Half. Keep sauce on warm while you boil pasta.
Boil pasta and drain. In a buttered 9 x 13 dish, layer 1/2 of the cooked pasta, 1/3 of sauce and then layer the remaining pasta. Pour the remaining sauce over the pasta. Mix gently with pasta fork to distribute sauce evenly throughout pasta. As a final touch, sprinkle top of dish with TexJoy Red Pepper.
