Spanish Steak

2 lbs. round steak
2 tablespoons TexJoy Steak Seasoning
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoons oil
1-16 oz. can cut tomatoes
1-15 ½ oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
1/3 cup chopped green bell peppers
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon TexJoy Chili Powder
½ teaspoon TexJoy Ground Cumin

The sauce also tastes great served over rice.

Cut meat into small serving size pieces. Sprinkle seasoning and flour on meat. Pound flour and seasoning into meat. In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil. Drain off excess oil. Separately, combine remaining ingredients and then pour this mixture over steak. Cover skillet and allow to simmer for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
