TexJoy and 7 are not sold on the west coast. We got introduced to this seasoning at the Saltgrass in Laughlin, NV. We had one of the best steaks we ever ate...bar none. Took a bottle of 7 home with me and tried it on everything you could grill, smoke, or cook. Meat, Pork, Poultry, Fish, Seafood, Vegetables, and it all was AMAZING. Since then we have bought cases of 7 and given it away to family, friends, and use it as business gifts. Everybody raves about how good this spice mix/rub makes whatever you put it on tastes. Even my Vegan friends love it on their popcorn and tofu. OMG...tofu? I could go on and on but the first time you try this you'll become "followers of the 7" as we now call ourselves out here. Try it on bacon to kick it up a notch. Some of my friends even like it on their eggs. Good eats.
