Texas Bar-B-Que Brisket
4 to 5 lbs boneless beef brisket

1 tablespoon
TexJoy Bar-B-Q seasoning TexJoy steak seasoning 4 oz. liquid smoke
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
TexJoy garlic salt ½ teaspoon
TexJoy black pepper Rub brisket with bar-b-q seasoning and steak seasoning. Place in pan fat side up.
Stir together liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and pour over meat.
Cover tightly with foil. Cook in oven 300 degrees F. for one hour; turn down to 200 degrees F. & cook 8 – 10 hours.
Yield: 10 – 12 servings.
