Iced Mocha Coffee
2 cups cold milk 1/3 cup chocolate syrup 1 tablespoon Seaport regular or decaff instant coffee Crushed ice Combine milk, syrup and coffee; mix well. Pour over crushed ice in small glasses. Top with thawed non-dairy whipped topping, if desired. Yield: 2 1/3 cups or 4 servings. NOTE: Milk, syrup and coffee may be combined in shaker jar; shake well and pour over ice.
