TexJoy Baked Beans ½ lb. bacon, diced ½ cup onion, chopped 2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans ½ cup molasses ½ cup brewed Seaport Coffee ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard
Sauté bacon and onion until bacon is beginning to crisp and onion is limp. Drain and discard any excess fat, combine with remaining ingredients in a large ovenproof casserole. Bake at 350 degree F. for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 8 – 10 servings
